Current Projects

  • Transporting of the beam girders from Vanderbijlpark to Durban Stadium for the 2010 Soccer World Cup.   The beams vary from 16.4m to 20m long and weigh up to 53 tons.

  • Transport transformers ex Durban Harbour to various sub-stations in RSA for clients contracted to Eskom Corp 894 contract.  Arrow Bulk collects in the terminal, unpacks, turns in the empty containers, and reloads onto lowbeds and long distance trucks.  On site we provide either cranes or rigging crews to rig the transformer onto the plinths as well as the crane to assist with the erection of the transformer accessories

  • Electrical Power Lines in Northern Natal.  Steel is being imported from India in containers via Durban harbour where we cross haul, unpack, turn in empties, store and transport to the various camps.  Since December 2007 we have handled over 8000 tons.
